Over the course of a few months I sent Jeff two lists of properties I was interested in which were a mix between properties I had found on Zillow and ones Jeff had shared with me. In short order, Jeff had every property lined up to tour at my convenience.

On my 2nd day of touring, I found my first property I wanted to put an offer on. The issue with this particular property was I knew there would be no other like it, a true dream place. We met a slew of challenges from a delayed appraisal from the bank to a backup offer on the table and more. But rest assured, I did really feel like I was always in good hands with Jeff’s always upbeat, positive, crafty, yet almost stoic approach.

Jeff also did the little things like driving to a hardware store to pick up a garage door opener for me, or lending me his lockbox, or referring me to all of his craftspeople. Last but not least, escrow can always be a stressful, high-pressure time. However, in hindsight it sure had its stresses, but at the end of the day I had a blast working with Jeff. ”
